World Mission

Apart from our work locally and nationally, we are also actively involved with a few key international mission organisations through prayer, short-term mission teams and financial support:

Ashanti Akim Community Organisation (AACO) has been working in Ghana since 1989 and raises funds for the benefit of the people of Ashanti Akim, a region about four hours’ drive north of the capital Accra. Micah is a partner with AACO to support a number of projects in the region with an emphasis on health and education. We have sent a number of mission teams to the region, which has involved teaching life skills to young people and children.

ConnectionsUK is an inter-denominational, cross cultural, multi-racial and multi-faceted Christian ministry with its administration base in Brixton, London.

Their aim is to reach the nations for Jesus Christ by serving Christians in the UK and overseas by pioneering evangelism, planting churches, training leaders and providing relief and social programmes.

Micah supports Connections through prayer and finances, as well as exchanging ideas and learning with other churches in the UK and abroad.

Operation Restoration Christian School works to restore, educate and mobilise the youth of inner-city Trench Town, Jamaica, to impact their community for good. Founded by Lorna Archer-Stanley, the school aims to tackle the violence, poverty and illiteracy that blight this community through education and counselling. Micah is committed to prayerfully and financially supporting this work of restoration.
